Mrs. Amita Gupta did her B.A. from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. She has subsequently done B.Ed., M.A. History and M. Ed.. She taught in East Point School and Delhi Public School, Vasant Vihar, Delhi. She has been involved with East Point School since 1994  when it was located in Preet Vihar. She was instrumental in getting land allotted to the East Point Education Society from DDA and has led the development of the school through her dedicated efforts to its present status over the last two decades.
