ETHOS 2023

East Point School, with its unwavering dedication to nurturing all-round excellence, hosted the Annual Inter School event, ETHOS 2023-24, on the 18th and 19th of August. The event commenced with the electrifying lighting of the lamp, followed by a captivating dance and music performance by the children, offering a mesmerizing welcome to the judges and attendees. Under the adept guidance of Principal Ms. Archana Shrivastava, Vice Principal Ms. Prantika Basu, and the Primary Wing Incharge, Ms. Mettilda Jose, the event not only demonstrated the capabilities of East Point’s own students but also welcomed participants from various other esteemed institutions, including Delhi Public School, Angels Public School, Ryan International School, SRDAV, Universal Public School, Evergreen School, Hillwoods Academy, Bal Bharati School, Somerville, and many more.

ETHOS 2023-24 was meticulously designed to offer a platform for students to cultivate an array of skills, from effective communication and critical thinking to teamwork, leadership, and creative expression. This two-day extravaganza not only fostered friendly competition but also encouraged a spirit of camaraderie among students hailing from different educational backgrounds.

The event featured an impressive array of activities tailored to different interests and aptitudes. From intellectually stimulating contests like “Plugged In,” “Act-O-Maniacs,” and the riveting “War of Words” (Debate), to artistically engaging challenges such as “Manga World” (Comic Strip Designing) and “Artvolution,” ETHOS 2023-24 truly catered to the diverse talents of its participants.

Events like “Persuasion” (TED Talk) provided a platform for aspiring young orators to articulate their thoughts and ideas, while “Improvisado” (Extempore) put participants’ quick thinking abilities to the ultimate test.

What set this event apart was its ability to seamlessly integrate modern concepts with traditional values. From the futuristic appeal of “SCI-FI-SPY” to the timeless charm of “Folk Lore Art,” East Point School showcased its dedication to providing a balanced and comprehensive education.

Notably, the participation of schools like Delhi Public School, Angels Public School, Ryan International School, SRDAV, and several others added a layer of richness and diversity to the event. Students from different educational institutions shared their unique perspectives and talents, enriching the entire experience.

Behind the scenes, the teachers exhibited exceptional dedication, expertly organizing and coordinating events like “TAAL-TARANG,” “Nukkad Natak,” “Plakather Stellung,” and “Pixelmate.” These events were a testament to the educators’ commitment to merging art, technology, and innovation in education.


The ETHOS 2023-24 event was a grand celebration of talent, collaboration, and holistic growth. Through the collective efforts of students, teachers, and participating schools, it embodied the essence of unity in diversity.  East Point School continues to lead the way as a beacon of educational excellence and inclusivity.

MUN 2023

East Point School took great pride in hosting the Model United Nations (MUN) Conference in collaboration with the Yuvak Foundation, an event that unfolded on November 3rd and 4th, 2023. The conference on both the days was commenced by lightning the lamp by the honourable Chief Guests: Advocate Vishnu Sharma , Shri Sanjeev Tiwari , Principal Maharaja Agarsen college, Shri Raghunath , IRS

Additional Commissioner of Income Tax , Delhi ,Sadhvi Pragya Bharti -News Media Expert  Academic Visionary,escorted by the Principal, Ms. Archana Shrivastava, and Vice – Principal Ms Prantika Basu .The conference was organised by Mr. Sankalp Jha and Ms. Sana Khan.It served as a dynamic and enriching platform for students to delve into the intricate world of diplomacy, debate, and complex problem-solving while closely emulating the workings of the United Nations. It was not merely a role-play exercise; it was an experiential learning opportunity that deepened participants’ understanding of international affairs, sharpened their critical thinking skills, enhanced their negotiation abilities, and refined their public speaking talents. The MUN conference drew students from diverse backgrounds, who eagerly took on the roles of diplomats and representatives from various countries. It offered them the unique chance to research, deliberate, and negotiate on pressing global issues. This event was an embodiment of East Point School’s enduring commitment to educational excellence. The organizing committee, comprising dedicated teams like Public Relations, IT and Creatives, Delegate Affairs, and Marketing, played a pivotal role in the conference’s success. Notably, students such as Vanshika Singh, Abhinav Rawat, Vaibhavi Shah, Muskan Gupta, and Pallavi Kumari stood out for their exceptional contributions.


Furthermore, East Point School students distinguished themselves with Yash Tripathi securing the UNHRC High Commendation, Prachi earning a Special Mention in Lok Sabha, and Tanmay Aggarwal receiving a Special Mention in Rajya Sabha. This MUN conference was a testament to the school’s unyielding dedication to nurturing responsible, informed, and globally-aware citizens who are poised to shape the future.

Inter-school Throwball Championship(Boys) 2023-24

East Point School, under the able leadership of its Principal, Mrs. Archana Shrivastava, and with the initiative of its throwball coach, Mr. Pankaj, hosted an interschool Throwball tournament on Saturday, 22nd July, 2023. It witnessed enthusiastic participation from six schools. Teams from Somerville School, St. Andrews Scots Senior Secondary School, Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Kondli, Mayo International School, Evergreen Public School and East Point School were the worthy competitors. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. Praveen Nagar, General Secretary of Pragatisheel Shikshak Nyay Manch.
The day’s programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp invoking the Almighty’ blessings. It was followed by a graceful dance performance by the students of the host school. The Principal, Archana Shrivastava ma’am, welcomed all the participating schools and the teachers, wishing them the very best for the tournament.  The Chief Guest, Mr. Praveen Nagar, addressed the august gathering and inspired them to compete like true sportsmen.
Each of the teams zealously competed in the matches to claim the trophy and displayed commendable performance. Finally it was the host school, East Point School, which emerged as the winner while the second and third positions were claimed by Somerville School and Government Boys Senior Secondary School.
